What counts as an interview credit?
Each interview session you start consumes one credit, regardless of duration. Demo interviews with the AI candidate are always free and unlimited.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Organization plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel or downgrade at any time from your billing settings.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your interview data, transcripts, and reports remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything before then.
What happens if I exceed my included credits?
On the Organization plan, additional interview credits beyond the 10 included are billed at $5 each at the end of the billing cycle. No surprises.
Are interviews always recorded?
No — recording is entirely optional. ScreenRT offers a "Not Recorded" mode that disables all audio capture for a given session. Real-time AI assistance remains fully available; only the recording is turned off. Interviewers can toggle this on a per-session basis, and organization administrators can set it as the default policy for all screens.
Is my interview data secure?
